Norish Karman dapat hak penjagaan anak

SHAH ALAM: Dramatis terkenal, Norish Karman, memperoleh hak penjagaan terhadap tiga anaknya, manakala suaminya, Datuk Hashimuddin Abdul Kadir, bersetuju dengan hak lawatan terhadap anak mereka, selepas kedua-duanya melalui majlis sulh yang diadakan pagi tadi.



Hakim Syarie, Abu Zaky Mohammad, menetapkan 1 Disember ini sebagai tarikh sebutan untuk membolehkan satu perjanjian persetujuan dalam bentuk perintah diperoleh.

Terdahulu, peguam bela Norish, 34, Akbardin Abdul Kader, memberitahu mahkamah kedua-dua pihak berjaya mencapai penyelesaian melalui majlis sulh yang berjalan pagi tadi.



Menurut dokumen mahkamah, kedua-dua pasangan itu disahkan bercerai pada 15 Julai lalu di Mahkamah Rendah Syariah Petaling Jaya.

Mereka berkahwin pada 11 Januari 1998 dan didaftarkan di Perlis.

Hasil perkahwinan itu, Norish dan Hashimuddin memperoleh tiga anak iaitu Muhammad Haqiem Amany, sembilan, Muhammad Hady Amieran, lima dan Nur Hanyz Amanda, empat tahun.
