Penyanyi Leina Hangat sah bercerai

KUALA LUMPUR: Mahkamah Rendah Syariah, di sini, hari ini mengesahkan perceraian penyanyi penyanyi, Leina Hangat dengan suaminya seorang warga Perancis, Muhammad Jamal Delaloy Abdullah.

Hakim Syarie, Mamat Haizan Salleh membenarkan perceraian itu selepas mendengar keterangan dan sumpah dilafazkan penyanyi yang popular dengan lagu Ceria Dalam Gundah atau nama sebenarnya, Norazlina Abd Rahman, 36.

Mahkamah juga memerintahkan Leina beredah selama tiga bulan mulai hari ini selepas penyanyi itu memfailkan tuntutan fasakh terhadap suaminya pada 19 Jun lalu.

Terdahulu, mahkamah memerintahkan Leina bersumpah selepas beliau serta dua saksi memberikan keterangan tanpa pembelaan dari pihak suaminya (defendan) yang tidak hadir ke mahkamah.
